We are Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you can expect from us. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc and the term “you” refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

Travel Insurance Disclaimer: While optional, it is highly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance. However, if you (client) choose to decline to purchase travel and/or rental car vehicle insurance, you understand and agree that Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc, will be held liable/responsible for any expenses incurred in the case of any financial loss due to including, but not limited to, inability to travel, inclement weather, lost items/luggage, personal injury, or trip cancellation as a result of client not accepting the insurance offered. Also, Travel Insurance is generally offered in two types, Refundable (more costly) and Non-Refundable (less costly). 

Group Travel: Once group travel has been booked and someone in the group cancels, it will generally cause the per person cost for all other travelers to increase. It is a good idea to discuss with your group, prior to booking, who will incur the cost if one of your group members cancel (i.e., the person who cancels pays the difference or the group absorbs the cost).

Deposits:  In most cases, deposits are non-refundable in accordance with the vendor’s terms and conditions. Please make sure that you read and understand all of the information provided.

Payment Methods:  Travel payments, including deposits (if required), in most cases require a major credit card and completion of the Credit Card Authorization form. Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc will provide the Credit Card Authorization form.

*You may also use CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or other payment methods provided by Chappell Cru provided payments are made well in advance of the payment due date(s).

* Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc uses many travel resources, airlines, travel vendors, tour companies and third party travel contractors for your convenience, but is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by these companies.

* Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc uses many resources for travel booking profiles/images.
All are based upon information provided by various travel resources and vendors. Such as, hotel and cruise ship partners and their representatives, including images and descriptions of individual properties. Star-ratings may differ from country to country. Chappell Cruises and Travel, Inc does it’s best to obtain current information, however is not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or images provided by third parties.

Passports:  A valid passport is needed when traveling abroad and for cruises NOT LEAVING the United States.  Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. Some countries require 1-2 full blank pages in your passport for stamping purposes.  As your Travel Advisor, I recommend a passport for all travel. If you need to renew your passport, you may do so by visiting this website  https://travel.state.gov
